With a proud heritage of design, engineering excellence and industry‑leading brands, Hunter Douglas continues to shape the future of smart, stylish and sustainable window treatment solutions. As we’re launching innovative new projects to the UK market, we’re looking for talented individuals who want to build their expertise in product data, configuration, and enterprise system testing.
We are currently recruiting a Product Configuration Test Analyst on a 12‑month fixed term contract, offering an ideal opportunity for an early‑career professional to grow and develop within a global organisation.
About the Role

You’ll validate product logic, assist with the development of SAP Variant Configuration rules and end‑to‑end processes that underpin our complex product manufacturing and supply chain.
Based at our Head Office in Colwick, this role is ideal for an early‑career data or systems professional who enjoys structure, problem‑solving and learning how complex enterprise systems operate behind the scenes.

Validate variant configuration behaviour, rules, dependencies and complete end‑to‑end flows.
Prepare test scripts, datasets and expected results.
Support SIT, UAT and regression testing activity, collaborating closely with business testers.
Reproduce, track and analyse defects, working with configuration analysts to resolve issues.
Document all test results, evidence, defect logs and sign‑off materials.
Contribute to cutover rehearsals and pre‑production validation activities.
Close collaboration with Technical, Product and Supply Chain colleagues
Facilitate project testing lifecycle (Unit, SIT and UAT), steering test criteria based on complexity of projects, tracking defects through to go-live readiness
Support cutover preparation and business readiness ahead of go‑live
Support post-go live hypercare period, ensuring issues are addressed promptly
About you
Experience in SAP testing or product configuration testing.
Understanding of variant configuration and product logic.
Ability to design and execute structured test scenarios.

Seeks efficiencies in processes through automation.
Great communication skills when working with both technical and business teams.

If you require any reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process, please let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
