Summary
Provide consultant level care for adult thyroid day case procedures.Undertake weekend elective operating lists (Saturday and Sunday).Ensure safe, effective clinical decision making within the scope of standard thyroid surgery.Work collaboratively with theatre teams and wider clinical colleagues to maintain high standards of patient care.Adhere to Trust policies, clinical governance frameworks, and national guidelines.
