What are we looking for?
We need a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
-Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
-Order office supplies and maintain inventory
-Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
-Perform general office duties such as scanning, photocopying, and mailing
-Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents
-Help with onboarding new staff and preparing welcome materials
What we are looking for?
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Friendly, professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
-Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
