Project Manager – ERP Transformation

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum
Location: Home-based / Hybrid with regular travel to UK sites

About the Role

The Compleat Food Group is on an exciting digital transformation journey, rolling out Infor CloudSuite ERP across our
manufacturing network. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead this complex, multi-site implementation and ensure
successful delivery across our factory environments.

This is a home-based role, but regular travel to our sites will be essential to engage stakeholders, support go-lives, and ensure
smooth adoption with minimal operational disruption.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading the end-to-end delivery of the Infor CloudSuite ERP system across multiple factory sites
* Building and owning detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
* Working closely with Operations, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to gather requirements and align delivery
* Managing third-party vendors including Infor consultants, implementation partners, and integrators
* Coordinating site readiness assessments and go-live planning to minimise impact on production
* Overseeing data migration, configuration, testing (UAT), training, and hypercare support
* Providing clear project reporting, documentation, and updates to senior leadership
* Managing budget, scope, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
* Driving change management, user engagement, and system adoption across the business

What Success Looks Like

* Infor CloudSuite successfully deployed and operational across designated factory sites
* Strong user adoption, system stability, and operational continuity post go-live
* Clear project governance, documentation, and post-implementation reviews

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

* Proven experience delivering ERP implementations (Infor CloudSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
* Experience working in food manufacturing, FMCG, or complex operational environments
* Strong track record of managing multi-site technology rollouts
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Excellent project management, vendor management, and risk management skills
* Strong communication, organisation, and leadership capability

Desirable:

* Project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM)
* Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite modules
* Change management experience (Prosci, ADKAR)
* Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure
