What it's like to work here
Hatchlands Park was built in the 1750s for naval hero Admiral Edward Boscawen and his wife. Since then, it has been a family home, a finishing school and even housed a printing press. Today, visitors can wander through 400 acres of rolling parkland and woodland, enjoy coffee and cake in the Kitchen Café or visit the Grade I listed Georgian mansion.

Hatchlands Park forms a portfolio of three properties along with Clandon Park situated 2.5 miles away in West Clandon and Polesden Lacey situated 7 miles away in Great Bookham. The Facilities and Support Services team spreads across Clandon and Hatchlands Park, working to keep our buildings and facilities safe and compliant and our business operations running efficiently.

What you'll be doing
As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Hatchlands operates as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible Facilities service. You’ll co-ordinate delivery of our PPM schedule, support high standards of contractor management, manage and work collaboratively with volunteer teams, and become a lead user of our built asset management system.

You’ll also help the wider property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, maintaining the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
