ABOUT THE ROLE
We're not looking for cricket coaches. We're looking for transformation facilitators.
At Breakthrough Cricket, we create life-changing experiences for international students (ages 12-18) visiting London and the South East. Using cricket as our tool, we facilitate breakthrough moments where shy students discover courage, language barriers disappear, and young people surprise themselves.
Teachers consistently tell us our sessions are the highlight of their entire UK trip - not because we teach perfect cricket technique, but because we create the space where students transform.
This role is about creating those moments.
