Job Title: Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Assistant

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Nursery Practitioner / Assistant to join our friendly team in Worcester. You will support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily care and supervision of children
Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
Encourage social, emotional, and educational development
Observe and record children’s progress
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate with parents
Requirements:
Relevant childcare qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
Understanding of early years development and the EYFS framework
Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
