Your new company
I am looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a large-scale re‑roofing project in Carlisle. This is an immediate starting role, managing day‑to‑day site operations and ensuring the project runs safely, smoothly, and on schedule.
Your new role
Oversee all on‑site activities for a major re‑roofing programme
Coordinate subcontractors and tradesMaintain site safety, compliance, and documentation
Liaise with project leads and provide daily progress updates
Ensure quality standards and timelines are met
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience managing construction or roofing projects
Strong understanding of H&S regulations
Confident in coordinating teams and resolving on‑site issues
SMSTS and First Aid
Ability to start immediately and commit for the full project duration
