Are you an experienced Press Brake Setter / Operator looking for your next challenge? We’re partnering with a growing, well-established manufacturing company in Redditch that’s ready to welcome someone who takes pride in precision and quality.

This is a long-term, permanent opportunity offering competitive pay, day shifts, and a supportive, friendly team environment.

The Role:

• Set and operate Amada press brakes with precision

  
  

• Read and work from engineering drawings

  
  

• Produce components to high-quality standards and tight tolerances

  
  

• Carry out basic quality inspections

  
  

• Work with a variety of materials and thicknesses

  
  

• Maintain health & safety standards at all times

  
  The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced with Amada press brakes

    
    

  • Confident reading technical drawings

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and takes pride in workmanship

    
    

  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

    
    What’s On Offer:

    • £15.00+ per hour depending on experience

      
      

    • Day shifts only – Monday to Friday
