Salary: £55,000 + Bonus
Location: North West (Travel Across Multiple Sites)

About the Role:
Our client, a leading provider of Care Homes and Nursing Homes, is expanding rapidly across the North West and is seeking an experienced Peripatetic Manager to oversee more than 30 homes. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has demonstrable experience as a Peripatetic Manager, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and outstanding care across multiple Care Homes and Nursing Homes.
As an experienced Peripatetic Manager, you will:
Provide operational leadership across all allocated Care Homes and Nursing Homes.
Ensure all Care Homes and Nursing Homes meet regulatory standards and company policies.
Support, mentor, and guide on-site managers across multiple Care Homes and Nursing Homes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident care in all Care Homes and Nursing Homes
Represent the provider professionally at both internal and external meetings, promoting the highest standards in Care Homes and Nursing Homes.
Who We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Peripatetic Manager overseeing multiple Care Homes or Nursing Homes.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to travel extensively across the North West to manage Care Homes and Nursing Homes effectively.
A passion for delivering high-quality care in Care Homes and Nursing Homes.
Flexible, proactive, and committed to operational excellence.
