Our Charity

Established in 1972, P3 Charity is a modern, forward-thinking organisation providing support services to people facing social exclusion across the UK.

We offer a wide range of services, including homelessness prevention, supported housing, mental health support, community advice, hoarding support and services for young people.

We’re a person-centred organisation who works alongside people to improve lives. We do this by strengthening communities, unlocking potential and creating new possibilities. We tackle challenges others won’t and we go the extra mile. We believe in collaboration – both within our teams and with the local community – to achieve the best outcomes.

Our values-driven approach means we recruit for values and train for skills.

The Role

We are looking for compassionate, adaptable, and reliable Bank Support Workers who are committed to providing quality housing related support for people living in our 24-hour emergency and complex needs supported accommodation. Also, people placed in our follow-on units. You will work alongside people helping them to fulfil their potential.

Joining our bank staff team gives you flexibility and the chance to work in the many P3 services in Wolverhampton and the West Midlands. The position can be days or nights or a mixture of both.

You will encourage positive and healthy lifestyles and assist individuals to develop skills for independent living. You will work closely with our partners across the county and take a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals. You will support tenants with their goals, complete essential safety checks, manage incidents when they arise, and ensure the building remains a safe and welcoming environment.

If you’re passionate about supporting vulnerable people and helping them move forward in their lives, this could be the perfect role for you. We are looking for someone who can build rapport, stay calm under pressure, and bring a people-first approach to everything you do.

Excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of the issues facing those who are using our services are essential requirements for this role. You will be provided with full training but must be friendly, proactive, positive, approachable, and non-judgemental.
