About the Role
You'll drive contract and project-based sales across the UK, building long-term relationships and delivering full-cycle solutions - from prospecting and specifying to tendering and project delivery. Your work directly influences revenue growth, customer experience and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business for contract & project sales UK-wide.
* Conduct research, identify new prospects, and create high quality leads.
* Plan meetings, present products, and convert opportunities.
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline; chase quotes to conversion.
* Nurture strong relationships with new and existing contacts.
* Use CRM to track activity and maintain accurate data.
* Support growth in existing markets while penetrating new ones.
* Capture customer intelligence and deliver market insights.
* Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.

Requirements
* Experience selling to interior designers, developers or major end users.
* Field based new business success is essential.
* Background in contract sales or design led products is beneficial.
* Strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship builder.
* Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
* Confident using Microsoft 365; CRM experience preferred.
