Responsibilities and accountabilities as a Franchisee
Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional coffee quality, smooth service, and full compliance with brand and food safety standards
Manage financial performance, including sales targets, cost control, inventory management, and accurate reporting
Deliver outstanding customer experiences, handling feedback and building strong local customer relationships
Ensure franchise and brand compliance, executing marketing initiatives and maintaining operational standards
Drive business growth, monitoring KPIs and implementing improvements to increase profitability and loyalty
