Crynodeb

Proactive Personnel are currently looking for skilled Auto Electricians to start work for our client based in Bolton. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in a variety of vehicles and machinery.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing electrical faults in vehicles using specialised testing equipment
Repairing and replacing faulty wiring, switches, sensors, and electronic modules
Installing new electrical components and systems in vehicles as required
Conducting routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance
Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during repairs and installations
Assisting with heavy lifting of vehicle parts or equipment when necessary
Maintaining accurate records of work performed and parts used
Ensuring all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
Qualifications

Proven experience or qualification in auto electrics or related field
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex electrical diagrams
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repair tasks
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling vehicle components or equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Relevant certifications or licences related to automotive electrical work are advantageous
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:00am- 17:00pm and Friday 08:00am- 15:30pm.

Pay is dependent on experience.
