Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Waste Recycling Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales and promoting all aspects of our Recycling business and our Laysoft Horse Bedding. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Generate leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales and sales for a Waste Recycling Unit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
