About this team
The GQRM Transformation Program is a global initiative intended to improve the consistency, efficiency, and user experience across a number of different risk management services, which, as an example, include know your client and independence processes. Our mission is to enable the business with agile risk processes in support of our Trust & Growth ambition. Our vision includes harmonization of risk policies, common methodologies and procedures, decision making frameworks, and the deployment of new technology solutions. Services delivered through the Value Chain Transformation program will also include development of updated Service Delivery Models that may result in the centralization of certain processes at a Member Firm, cluster of member firms, or regional level.

Role summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for a pivotal 12- to 24- month assignment within our Global Quality & Risk Management (GQRM) team. This role will align to our European & Middle Eastern global region and will be instrumental in supporting a high-profile effort to deploy KPMGI’s new globally centralized Client Acceptance and Continuance (CAC) solution – a key strategic initiative. The role will report to the GQRM – CAC Deployment lead with the primary remit of driving timely support and adoption of the globally defined solution across the region.

Key Accountabilities

  • Orchestrate a Seamless Regional Deployment: Aligned to the GQRM - CAC Deployment lead and liaising with the Regional Risk leadership, drive the on-schedule deployment of the GQRM - CAC solution within your designated region. Spearhead the team's efforts to ensure smooth, successful, and effective implementation for all member firms/clusters within the region.
  • Lead, Develop, and Inspire a High-Performing Team: Provide comprehensive regional oversight and strategic leadership for the GQRM - CAC - Deployment team. Foster a collaborative environment dedicated to achieving pivotal global goals while championing all aspects of employee management, including performance coaching, professional development, and strategic resource allocation.
  • Manage Complex Deployments with Strategic Oversight: Function as the central point of coordination and escalation for your region’s member firms/clusters, diligently tracking and steering the execution of major milestones in alignment with globally defined standards while proactively managing and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilfully coordinate with interconnected workstreams that support the evolution of our processes, policies, technology, and people development to ensure successful execution of a holistic transformation aligned to global requirements. Identify and recommend to global central leadership team improvements to the globally consistent approach to deployment.

Experience / Knowledge / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Strong experience in large, complex program leadership with a focus on execution
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with a large and diverse group of senior stakeholders
  • Understanding of the KPMG Value Chain processes and technologies, including client acceptance and risk management
  • Possess a proactive and analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify, address, and resolve complex issues
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively
  • Ability to communicate detailed information, instructions, and feedback clearly and effectively to the team; excellent ability to summarize complex information and present it concisely to Firm leadership
