You be responsible for the line management of medical staff within the divisions and ensuring compliance of the medical body with Charity policies and guidelines. You will provide clinical strategic oversight, working closely with the Medical Director to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care. In your role you will develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery, while fostering a culture of open communication, reflective practice, and shared clinical leadership.
