Brief description:
Work around your availability for part-time and full day hours! Starting a career in teaching? Experienced educators looking for new schools? We're looking for strong characters to get involved this term.


Area: Ilford, Redbridge
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary contracts (Based around your availability)
Salary: 95-110 GBP per day
Working hours: Between 8AM - 4PM (Full-time and Part-time hours)

About the role:
You will deliver pre‑planned work, manage classroom behaviour, support learners as needed, and contribute to a calm and focused learning atmosphere across various subjects.

We're looking for someone to:
- Supervise lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Follow set lesson plans effectively
- Maintain behaviour standards in line with school policies
- Support students with tasks and encourage positive participation
- Adapt quickly to different classrooms and subjects

Requirements:
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Experience working with young people
- Ability to follow instructions and use initiative
- A calm, professional and adaptable approach
- A valid enhanced DBS or willingness to complete one
