- Collaborating closely with class teachers to implement tailored learning plans and strategies that cater to the unique needs of SEND students
- Fostering a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that celebrates diversity and encourages students to embrace their differences
- Offering emotional support and guidance to SEND students, helping them to develop essential life skills and build confidence
- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of engaging, multi-sensory lessons that engage all learners
- Maintaining detailed records and contributing to the ongoing assessment and monitoring of SEND students' progress
- Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure a cohesive, holistic approach to supporting SEND students
