Come and make a difference at 54 North Homes as an Income Officer

We’re looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Income Officer in the Income & Specialist Housing Team, here at 54North Homes, a subsidiary of Karbon Homes. The team delivers a high quality effective service of arrears management across all tenures.

About the role

You’ll contribute to the future delivery of income recovery and specialist housing services as a member of the Income team, developing key external relationships whilst modelling the 54North Homes’ values and culture, contributing to an existing supportive team environment which enables everyone to perform at their best.

About you

You’ll be familiar working in a social housing environment demonstrating a strong record of arrears recovery, experience of supporting customers in their journey out of arrears and knowledge of systems, legislation and options to ensure tenancy management is effective for both our customers and our organisation.

Key Details

  • Income Officer – permanent role
    • Salary is £37,715 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,317 per annum
      • Location: White Rose House, 8 Otley Road, Headingley, Leeds
        • Regular travel will be required
          • 37 Hours per week with agile working
