Key responsibilities:
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Creating a structured and motivating classroom environment
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress to support achievement
Working collaboratively with department colleagues
Maintaining positive behaviour and strong pupil relationships
Participating in CPD, meetings, and wider school activities
Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching in a UK secondary school
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Passion for inspiring and supporting young people
Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
