Oversee rent collection and ensure timely payments through efficient data entry and record keeping
Utilise Yardi or similar property management software to maintain accurate records and generate reports
Assist with marketing vacant properties, including upselling features to prospective tenants
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and phone etiquette to ensure professional communication
Organise lease renewals, terminations, and related documentation in compliance with company policies
Experience
Proven experience in property management, administration, or office support roles
Familiarity with Yardi or comparable property management systems is highly desirable
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Experience in customer service or phone etiquette to manage tenant interactions professionally
Previous experience in upselling or promoting property features is advantageous
