Responsibilities
Perform carpentry tasks including framing, installations, and repairs
Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete multi-faceted projects
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on structures and facilities
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute work accurately
Assist in the planning and prioritization of project schedules
Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and issues
Requirements
Proven experience as a Multi Skilled Tradesperson with a carpentry focus
Relevant certifications in carpentry and construction safety
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and standard practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good physical condition and stamina for manual labor
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £22.43
