SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Bingley, West Yorkshire

Hours: Full-time / Part-time
The Education Network is recruiting a committed SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a supportive school setting in Bingley.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and helping them access education in an inclusive environment.
Role Responsibilities

- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
- Support pupils working towards EHCP targets
- Assist the class teacher with learning activities and classroom support
- Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional wellbeing
- Work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team

Person Specification

- Experience working with children with SEND (school or care-based experience desirable)
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in education and inclusion
- SEND-related training or qualifications are advantageous but not essential
