- Liaising with customers to schedule services and provide updates

- Handling administrative duties such as invoicing, filing, and data entry
- Assisting with customer inquiries whilst delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles, ideally within the automotive sector
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Keyloop (Kerridge)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
