Duties:
- Conducting vehicle servicing, inspections, and diagnostics
- Performing repairs and fault rectification using modern diagnostic equipment
- Carrying out wheel alignments to manufacturer standards
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
- Delivering excellent customer service and communication
- Ensuring the workshop remains clean and organised
- Supporting team members with additional assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and electronic repair skills
- Full UK driving licence
- IT literacy and familiarity with diagnostic tools
- Professional attitude and high standards of work
- Ability to work flexibly within a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining the workshop’s high standards and customer satisfaction
