We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
This role will be within our Seeka Operations and is a home based role. You’ll join the leading provider of Revenue Protection services in the UK energy retail and distribution sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.

What will you be doing?
As a Transformation Project Manager, you will lead strategic change initiatives and transformation programmes across the organisation, supporting continuous improvement and playing the role of a key enabler in our continued growth journey. This role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery expertise to ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, and budgets while driving measurable business benefits.
Key Experience and Competencies Required:
- Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation or change projects within complex organisations.
- Strong relationship management skills, including influencing senior stakeholders and networking at executive level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Financial and business acumen, including experience managing budgets and benefits realisation.
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of project governance and change management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, MSP, Prosci).
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources effectively.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly competent in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project management tools.
- Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to embrace and lead change.
Responsibilities and Accountability;
- Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation and change projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance frameworks, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage stakeholder engagement through structured communications, workshops, and steering committees.
- Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and benefits realisation plans.
- Monitor project performance against KPIs and ensure timely escalation of risks and issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver project milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert for change management, supporting organisational readiness and adoption.
- Programme and Process design, refinement, and implementation
- Develop and update scale & resource plans for change initiatives
- Work closely with the leadership and project teams across Field Metering in addition to internal and external stakeholders.
