Job Title: Class 2 RoRo Driver
Location: Country Durham
Pay Rate: £15.50 to £17.37 p/h
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (06:00 starts)
Role: Temp to Perm (after 10 weeks)
Experience: 12 months Class 2 essential
Fifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in Preston to work with our client, who provide a global recycling service. You will be driving Class 2 RoRo wagons.

(£15.50 per hour + £1.87 holiday pay = £17.37 per hour)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Driving and operating a Class 2 Roro vehicle
- Collecting, delivering and exchanging large waste containers
- Securing containers safely before transport
- Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Working in line with site health & safety procedures
All applicants are expected to complete work to a high standard while following site safety procedures.
About you:
You will have your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.
Previous experience working with RoRo trucks would be beneficial.
You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
