LEARNING FOR LIFE

Due to the retirement of our current Headteacher, we are looking for a new Headteacher to take us into our new chapter, to build on the strength of our school story so far and to continue our journey. Can you lead this adventure?

We are an inclusive school with a Christian ethos. We like to celebrate uniqueness with a focus on the individual child. We are an Enhanced Resource School, specialising in meeting the needs of children on the autistic spectrum, as well as children with learning and physical disabilities.

Chapel-en-le-Frith is a well-established market town in the heart of the Peak District, combining a high-quality natural environment with excellent transport links to Manchester, Sheffield and the wider region. It is a growing town with new housing developments.

The town has a strong, forward-looking community that places high value on education, aspiration and children’s achievement. It offers an excellent context for an ambitious Headteacher to lead a school with confidence, build on strong partnerships, and make a lasting impact for pupils and families.

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who:

• Can build excellent relationships with children, staff, parents, Governors, and the wider community.
• Is committed to excellence in teaching and learning and will drive progress forward.
• Will help children enjoy their learning while realising their full potential by developing the curriculum.
• Will value our children and take pride in their achievements.

What the school offers its staff

We can offer:

• A friendly and happy learning environment in a beautiful rural environment.
• Great facilities including a large playing field.
• Motivated children and dedicated staff.
• A commitment to continuedprofessional development.
• A committed, supportive, and active Governing Board.

If you're passionate about education, thrive in a supportive community, and are ready to make a real difference to the lives of young learners, we invite you to join us at Chapel-en-le-Frith C of E VC Primary School. Apply now and be part of something truly special.
