We are looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team at an exciting point in the school’s development. This post represents an expansion of our current team, and having been judged ‘Outstanding’ in all areas in our January 2025 OFSTED inspection, we are now looking for a colleague who will build upon these successes.
You will be a driving force in our vision, helping to shape the next stage of our school’s journey, and for this we need a strong, effective practitioner and leader who will bring their passion for education and school leadership to this role. This is a wonderful career opportunity to work in a very successful and supportive team in a popular school.
What the school offers its staff
Highworth Grammar School is an over-subscribed 11 – 18, selective girls’ school of 1553 students with 462 students in the Sixth Form (98 boys). We are situated in the South East of England, with excellent transport links to both the rest of Kent and London.
