What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Confidence leading a room and supporting other practitioners.
- Previous Room Leader experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day running of your nursery room, creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support development and curiosity.
- Support, guide, and inspire practitioners within your room.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers through clear communication.
- Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and EYFS standards are consistently met.
