What You’ll Need
- Active NMC registration as RGN

- Strong clinical judgement and confidence working nights
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding, medication management, and care planning
- Familiarity with electronic care planning systems
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during night shifts
- Complete clinical assessments and update care plans as required
- Administer medication and treatments in line with protocols
- Monitor residents’ condition and respond to changes overnight
- Maintain accurate clinical records and handovers
- Work collaboratively with care staff and on-call management
