The successful applicant will be required to provide support for the learning, social and personal needs of our learners. The successful applicant will need to be friendly, caring and reliable and enjoy working with children. They will need to be a team player and able to take direction from the Class Teacher and team in order to support the learning and education of pupils throughout the school day. There are a number of daily tasks/duties that the successful candidate will need to perform such as assisting with eating and drinking, personal hygiene changing, moving and handling including hoisting.
Full training will be given.
Further details and an application form are available on the school website, or you can call the school office if you would like to discuss the roles further.
Baytree School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The post is subject to a DBS Barred List and DBS Disclosure check, satisfactory references and medical clearance. We would like to keep this data until our role is filled. We cannot estimate the exact time period, but we will consider this period over when a candidate accepts our job offer for the position for which we are considering you. When that period is over, we will either delete your data or inform you that we will keep it in our database for future roles.
