Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our Inverkeithing-based client. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a busy, high-performing warehouse environment.

What's on offer?

  • Full-time permanent contract
  • Working Sunday to Thursday, 05:45 to 14:00
  • An annual salary of £30,000 per annum

Working as a Warehouse Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate clearly across all teams and levels, showing strong leadership and teamwork
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
  • Manage warehouse operations in line with company policies and objectives
  • Oversee goods in, storage, distribution, stock control, and maintenance
  • Plan daily workloads and allocate tasks to meet operational targets
  • Work closely with Customer Services to maintain clear customer and supplier communication
  • Ensure accurate records and compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements
  • Follow all business procedures and health & safety standards
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service, quality, productivity, and compliance
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues to support continuous improvement

To be successful in this Warehouse Team Leader position, you will have the following skills, traits and experience:

  • Experience in a food production environment
  • Ability to assess risks, follow health & safety requirements
  • Strong communication (written, verbal) and numerical skills
  • Detail-focused with a logical, methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Reliable and resilient, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Team player with a strong work ethic, flexible to learn and support multiple processes
  • Positive, proactive, and committed to completing tasks to a high standard
