Full time hours on a temporary basis
- Lead and manage the operational delivery of health and wellbeing services
- Oversee staff, ensuring high performance, effective case management, and quality support
- Develop and implement service improvement plans
- Monitor performance targets and report on outcomes
- Work collaboratively with partners, commissioners, and community organisations
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets, resources, and service planning
- Promote a positive wellbeing culture across the organisation
