What We're Looking ForWe are keen to hear from applicants who hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or equivalent Early Years qualifications, and who have experience working in nursery or primary school environments. A genuine love of early childhood education is essential, along with the ability to build trusting relationships, deliver engaging play‑based learning and create a calm, nurturing atmosphere where children feel safe and inspired to learn.
