We are now looking for a Merchandiser to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Merchandiser, you will ensure our brand, products and point-of-sale materials are consistently presented to a high standard at retail stores throughout South East England and East Anglia.
Working directly with distributor partners, you will visit sites on a structured cycle, maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding evolving needs and ensuring the right materials and information are always available.
You will use your time in the field to identify opportunities for growth, spotting new leads, customer requirements and ways to strengthen our presence within each location.
Additionally, you will:
- Provide basic product training to customers if required
- Attend Trade shows and exhibitions as and when required
- Liaise with the Sales Team regarding leads and client updates
About You
To be considered as a Merchandiser, you will need:
- A proactive mindset and willingness to develop product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At a minimum, GCSEs in English and Maths, or equivalent
- Full, valid driving licence
