Join Discovery as a Floating Support Worker, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism across North Somerset. Every day is different—you'll work in a range of homes and services, helping people live independently and confidently.
- Support people with daily living, personal care and community activities
- Build positive relationships and empower independence
- Work across different services depending on need
- Support individuals who may be non-verbal or use wheelchairs (full training provided)
What we're looking for- A driver with access to a car & business insurance
- Able to travel within approx. an hour of home
- Flexible with varied shift patterns (early, late & occasional sleep-ins)
- Able to work alternate weekends
- A caring, adaptable, people-focused approach (no experience needed)
