We’re looking for a part-time administrator (internally known as a Business Services Co-ordinator) to join us at our Regional Office at Tisbury.
Salary: £13.74 per hour
Contract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Hours/ working pattern: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week.
What it's like to work here
This is a busy place, there’s a lot going on and you’ll find that no two days are the same.
Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office. Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team.
You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support, and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
What you'll be doing
We are looking for someone with a strong administrative skills, able to turn their hand to whatever comes their way - whether it's helping an archaeologist with archiving, supporting a project board or helping with the office facilities and compliance tasks - you will want to help others and get involved. You'll have the ability to work with a wide range of team members and different disciplines across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your skillset.
