QUALIFICATION: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
EXPERIENCE: Proven experience at a Senior or Deputy level within an Ofsted-registered Children’s Home. (Adult care experience is not suitable for this role).
RIGHT TO WORK: You must currently reside in the UK and have permanent right to work. We DO NOT offer Visa Sponsorship or "Visa Switches."
DRIVING: Full UK Manual Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

We are launching a brand-new, 3-bed therapeutic children's home in Shropshire. We are looking for an exceptional Deputy to partner with our Registered Manager to build, shape, and inspire a founding team from day one.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting the RM in the day-to-day management of the home.
Ensuring full compliance with Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
Leading and mentoring a team of Seniors and RSWs.
Preparing the home for its first Ofsted inspection (aiming for 'Good' or 'Outstanding').
