What You’ll Bring
· Level 5 Nursing Associate qualification with a valid NMC registration
· A person-centred approach and genuine passion for supporting older people, including those living with dementia
· Confidence to work alongside Registered Nurses and act within your scope of practic
· Strong observation skills and emotional intelligence to respond sensitively to residents’ needs
· Clear communication with residents, families and colleagues
· Organised, reflective, and solution-focused mind-set
· Competence in care planning, documentation, medication administration and basic clinical observations
About the Role
As a Nursing Associate, you’ll deliver and coordinate hands-on, person-centred nursing care, supporting residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing. You will maintain accurate records, administer medications safely, guide care staff, and help ensure residents’ needs are met with dignity and respect. Working closely with Registered Nurses, you will respond to changes in residents’ conditions, escalate concerns appropriately, and contribute to a positive, well-led team culture.
