Assistant Manager – Beacon Hill
Salary: £13,625 per annum (WTE £22,709 based on 35 hours)
Hours: 21 hours per week worked across 3 out of 6 days, including every other Saturday

An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Shop Manager to help run our highly successful and extremely busy charity shop in Beacon Hill.
About You
A successful Assistant Manager will have:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with previous customer service experience.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
• Previous experience within a charity or fashion-based organisation, however full training will be provided.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising or shop displays.
• Have some commercial awareness and a desire to drive business forward within their shop.
