An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Shop Manager to help run our highly successful and extremely busy charity shop in Farncombe.
About You
A successful Shop Manager will have:
• Previous experience in managing or supervising
• The required skills to ensure that the shop runs smoothly
• Exceptional customer service and be inspired to support our patients and their loved ones
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with previous customer service experience
• The capability to work independently and as part of a busy team
• Previous experience within a charity or fashion-based organisation would be an advantage, but full training will be provided
• Knowledge of visual merchandising or shop displays
• Some commercial awareness and a desire to drive business forward within their shop
• The ability to be able to lift, sort and move donated items
