Home Instead, Welwyn & Hatfield office are now seeking the best of the best to join our team of care professionals working with the elderly and within the community.
We are happy to speak to you (with or without previous experience of working in care) as long as you are reliable, caring, have a good sense of humour and understand that it is a privilege to help and assist the elderly to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
You may be someone who has had their own health issues and been unable to work for a while, a parent whose child is starting school soon, retired and bored (we really need your expertise). Or someone fed-up with their previous roles and is looking for something substantial where they can be of true assistance.
We will fully train you, we are award winning trainers, and you may decide that the care sector is where you really belong, if so, we will encourage you to obtain the formal qualifications that will lead you to wonderful career prospects, and strong financial rewards.
From the moment you first contact us you will be dealing with me, I am Patricia Eagling, Talent Spotter. I will explain the requirements, take you through the job description and if all goes well make you a job offer at your interview.
You can also pick (within reason) when you wish to work as we do not have set shifts and all our clients are visited for a minimum 1-hour each visit.
We are offering rates of pay starting at £12.75 - £13.40 + travel expenses for each mile travelled + pay when travelling between clients + pay when training either in the office or at home + paid pension and holiday pay + lots more.
We do require the following:
* Valid UK driving licence and own car - we are community based.
* Able to work chosen hours on alternative weekends.
* The Right to Work in the UK.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must reside locally and able to work in the Hertfordshire area.
If you would like to hear more about the fantastic opportunities we offer then contact me and forward your CV to:
