We’re AmTrust International Underwriters, an insurance business based out of our modern offices in the Temple Bar area of Dublin. As part of a global group, we work creatively to develop bespoke insurance solutions for leading financial institutions, retailers and manufacturers both internationally and globally.

We are now recruiting a Legal Counsel to join our team based out of our Dublin office on a permanent basis, supporting on regulated insurance business operating across multiple European and US jurisdictions.
In this role, you will provide legal advice across a broad range of regulatory, commercial and governance matters, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to key business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to complex cross‑border issues within a dynamic and fast‑paced insurance environment.
To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of three years’ post‑qualification experience, gained in a reputable law firm and/or in‑house environment, with a strong focus on insurance law. You will have demonstrated capability in advising on both regulatory and commercial insurance matters and be comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders within a regulated, international business.
