Crynodeb
To manage the logistic process, liaise with logistics provider and project coordinators to ensure smooth delivery throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
•Key contact for haulage partners across UK, Factory Logistics teams and other UK teams
•Planning consignments with logistics partners
•Reporting stock levels at haulage hubs and warehouses
•Communication on logistics to all offices
•Create delivery notes for all consignments
•Processing GRNs
•Communicating with customers regarding deliveries/queries
•Liaise with project coordinators on any issues throughout their projects
•Responding to concerns and complaints re logistic issues
•Processing/filling stock orders and associated acknowledgements
•Responsible for month end stock reports
•Responsible for PODs and reporting to accounts department
•Coordinating deliveries and ensuring appropriate delivery vehicle/off-loading equipment
•Providing delivery reports and pictures of ongoing projects
•Other Logistics reporting as required
