A leading multi-branch mixed veterinary practice in Dundee, Tayside, Angus, and Fife is seeking an Equine & Farm Clinical Director to join their dedicated team. About the Role

As Equine & Farm Clinical Director, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 4–5 Equine & Farm vets.
• Drive service quality and business development within the Equine & Farm department.
• Foster a positive, forward-thinking culture where staff can thrive.
• Collaborate closely with Small Animal Clinical Directors and the Practice Manager for broader practice leadership.
• Innovate, expand, and enhance services to reflect your professional vision.

This role blends clinical excellence with leadership responsibility, offering autonomy supported by an experienced practice structure.
