The role
- Reporting to the Nursery Manager, you'll play a key part in the daily running of the nursery by:
- Delivering engaging, high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Supporting children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate, child-led activities
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
Working collaboratively with colleagues and building strong relationships with families
About you
We're looking for individuals who bring both qualification and passion:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS
- A genuine passion for supporting young children
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A clear commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
