You will join as a Food & Beverage Supervisor that values leadership, creativity, collaboration, and pride in everything they do. Supporting the day-to-day running of service, you will lead by example, ensure high standards are maintained, and help create a positive and professional environment for both guests and colleagues. Key Responsibilities
• Support the management team in delivering smooth, high-quality food and beverage service
• Lead shifts, allocating duties and supporting team members during service
• Ensure exceptional guest experience through attentive, friendly, and professional service
• Maintain presentation and service standards across all areas
• Support training and development of team members
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Person Specification
• Previous experience in a food and beverage environment
• Confident communicator with a positive, hands-on approach
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team during service
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
