We are looking for a PA To provide person-centred support to an autistic adult, enabling her to live independently, access the community, maintain her home, and engage in meaningful voluntary opportunities. The PA will work in a respectful, flexible, and supportive manner, promoting independence, choice, and wellbeing.

Support the employer to access community activities and local services
Accompany her to appointments, groups, or activities as required
Encourage confidence and independence when out in the community
Support with planning journeys and activities
Home Support
Provide practical support to help maintain a safe, clean, and organised home environment
Support with household tasks alongside the employer (not instead of her), as appropriate
Encourage routine and structure where helpful
Voluntary Opportunities
Support the employer to explore, access, and maintain voluntary roles
Assist with planning, preparation, and attendance related to volunteering
Provide encouragement and reassurance in new or unfamiliar environments
General Support
Provide calm, patient, and consistent support tailored to the employer’s needs
Communicate clearly and respectfully, adapting communication style as needed
Promote independence, dignity, and personal choice at all times
Maintain appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
